Returns & Refunds policy

At Arti Quinta, every piece is selected and prepared with care. Because many of our products are crafted, finished, or handled specially, we follow a considered and transparent returns process outlined below.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules 2020.

When a Return or Refund Is Applicable

We are happy to assist if the product you receive is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To help us resolve the matter quickly, we request that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and at the time of delivery itself where visible damage is present.

Please email info@artiquinta.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the concern

  • A clear video showing the product and its original packaging

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

Product Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with all tags, accessories, manuals, and components

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

As permitted under applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Cut fabrics, stitched or altered soft furnishings

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal hygiene related items once opened

Resolution Options

Once a claim has been reviewed and verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the product and availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is arranged by the customer and must be sent using a trackable courier service.
The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and inspected by ArtiQuinta.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

For custom or made-to-order pieces, cancellations are not possible once production has commenced.

Gifts

For items purchased as gifts, any approved refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
