ArtiQuinta is not responsible for:

• Payment gateway failures

• Bank delays

• Chargebacks initiated without prior communication

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, product type, and logistics partners

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

Delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with mandatory video proof

• Products must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping is borne by the customer

• Refunds are processed within 10 working days after inspection

• Exchanges are not offered

9. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

Custom made or made to order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

10. Custom and Made to Order Products

Custom and made to order products are produced specifically for the customer and:

• Are not eligible for return or exchange

• Cannot be cancelled once production begins
